The funeral service will be held at West Suffolk Crematorium, The Abbey Chapel on Monday 18th February 2019 at 1:30 pm.
Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Molly for Motor Neuron Disease Association and Macmillan Nurses may also be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 63 Victoria Road, Diss, IP22 4JE.
Only donations made online will be visible in the Tribute Garden, but a comprehensive list of donations made offline will be forwarded to the next of kin.
